HOW TO ORDER?
To place your order just follow these simple steps:
Option 1: Ordering Using Paypal: Worldwide
6 EASY STEPS:
STEP 1: PAYMENT MUST BE DONE FIRST
- Choose Services/Product. To make purchase Click Order Now button.

- You will be redirected to a Membership area. Once you click Add New Member, a email will be sent to your email address for verification of membership. Please click the email link to verify your membership.

- Verify your order. Click to make the payment.

- Payment Verification. It should be made under: i One Websifu.

STEP 2: REDIRECTION AFTER PAYMENT:
- Once you made the payment, you can login at our membership area at: Member's Area.
- Unable to login? Only few reasons:
- Never make any payment.
- Never verify the verification email we sent. Check your bulk/spam box.
- Not using valid email address.
- If you still facing the problems please contact us at our Help Desk Here. Make sure to include: Name, Username, Email Address, Transaction ID.
- If you can login then follow the instruction as you can find in our membership area. Make sure to follow exactly.
- DONE!
STEP 3: OUR WORKING HOURS:
- We will contact you normally within 24 hours (not including weekend or Malaysia public holiday) once we verified the order.
- If within 48 hours we never contact you please contact us using our Help Desk Here.
- Please note: We are based in Malaysia at time zone GMT +8. We do not work on Weekend and Public Holidays. Any order fall into those days, will ONLY be processed on the following working day. Apologize for any delays and difficulties.
STEP 4: DEMO VERSION:
- We will contact you again within the next 2-5 working days for draft/demo version (only for website design / customize software development job).
- For other services we will contact you once we complete the task(s).
- Depends on the package you ordered you are entitled at least 2 time revision (only for website design job / customize software development).
STEP 5: AVAILABILITY:
- Be online when needed for the demo or for further information.
- Extremely Important: Make sure to WHITE-LIST our emails to avoid unnecessary problems like; not getting emails due to spam filtering or redirected to bulk box.
- Note: Make sure you available either through any of the following:
- Yahoo Messenger (add to your YM: web.sifu [@] yahoo.com).
- Phone.
- Email.
STEP 6: DELIVERING & HANDING-OVER:
- Once we complete the development, accepted and the fees have been fully paid, we will transfer/upload it to your hosting (only for website design / customize software development job).
- As for submission and other services you will get report(s) once the task(s) complete.
JOB DONE!
Option 2: Local Malaysia Banking Transfer: Only For Malaysian
As for Malaysian, you can order with these 2 options:
- Through online orders (follow above steps).
- Offline - Contact us using our Help Desk Here. Tell us what you want, we will do our best to assist you.
- As Malaysian you can make your payment through:
- Local Cheque.
- Local ATM Transfer.
- Local Online Bank Transfer. Example: Maybank2u.
- Credit Card.
- or even through Paypal.
